Instructor Training Issues

Since 2014, the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand has worked through a series of findings from flight training accidents. This has highlighted the vital role of the flight instructor and the demands on the training industry. Now more than ever the Flight Instructor as a Professional deserves the recognition as a career in its own right. Regulators and industry must engage and work collaboratively through communication and innovation.
