President, Experience to Lead
Dick is co-founder of Experience to Lead. His specialty is the design and customization of the company’s programs. And, as a surviving passenger from Flight 1549, he is also our Historian for the Brace for Impact Leadership Experience.
Dick has worked as a Program Director with The Conference Board for over five years designing and delivering experiential programs including the Apollo Program with NASA, Team USA in partnership with the USOC, and numerous battlefield programs. Dick was the Director of Executive Leadership Development for ITT and held a variety of leadership positions in learning at IBM.
He holds two patents for innovations in organizational learning. Dick’s international experience includes being the Manager of Management Development for IBM Asia based in Hong Kong and numerous other overseas assignments. He has been recognized with several industry awards in leadership development and learning.
