How do I book my hotel room?

A booking link with the WATS 2021 discounted rate will be provide soon.

TICKETING INFORMATION:

When do I get my badge?

Your badge will be sent to you via email prior to the event. Please print and bring your badge with you to WATS to assist us in maintaining health & safety throughout the event.

I havent received the invoice for my ticket?

Please contact info@halldale.com and someone will be able to resend you your invoice.

What is included in the ticket price?

Included in your ticket is access to the entirety of the event – the conference including all streams, lunches on each day of the show and access to the exhibit hall.

What is your cancelation policy?

We can offer a refund (minus a 20% administration fee) up-to 28 days before the event. After this period a ticket is non-refundable.
We can offer a ticket transfer at any time in the run-up to an event, if you would like to transfer your ticket please contact alexia.mullen@halldale.com

How do I change my booking?

If you would like to make any changes to your booking please contact events@halldale.com

Can I attend different streams with my ticket?

Yes, your ticket includes access to all conference streams and the exhibition.

When and where can I download the conference presentations?

The presentations will be available to download from 2 weeks after the conference ends. You will be able to download them from this website.

Where can I download the attendee list?

The attendee list will be available to view on this website closer to the event date. Data privacy rules prohibit us from making full contact information available for you and all other attendees.

Can I have a ticket to the exhibition only?

Your ticket will include access to both the conference and exhibition, we do not sell tickets just for the exhibition.

What if I can no longer attend but my colleague could in my place?

If you would like to transfer you ticket to a colleague please contact events@halldale.com
